Joe Constantino, our co-owner and chief operations director, has a bachelor’s degree in building construction technology. He apprenticed in commercial construction under the supervision of his father and later trained as a trim carpenter for a residential contractor.

After college, Joe worked for several leading commercial construction companies in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, and Fairfield for over 20 years. He was the site superintendent for projects worth $1 million to over $100 million. Following the extensive renovation of his own 1940s era home, he rediscovered his love for the creative process of bringing blueprints to life and creating a home.
